About Us

Flour & Ash was founded by Steve Gale back in 2014, and was widely heralded as one of the best pizza joints in Bristol. After closing the doors in 2020, Steve teamed up with the team from Hyde & Co, founders of some of the best-loved bars and restaurants in town including Hyde & Co, The Milk Thistle, The Ox, Bambalan, Seven Lucky Gods and Four Wise Monkey, to launch a Flour & Ash pop up at Bambalan throughout the pandemic. This hugely successful pop-up went from strength to strength, and Flour & Ash Whiteladies Road was born!
